Security is central to an e-signature service, because the documents involved are often sensitive.
- Encrypted transit. All traffic, including document uploads and signing, runs over HTTPS so it cannot be read in transit.
- Controlled access. Each signer reaches their document through a unique, private link rather than a public page.
- Account protection. Signing in with Google means your access is protected by Google's own account security.
Treat your signing links like you would a password: only forward them to the intended signer. For the legal standing of the signatures themselves, see are electronic signatures legal.
