There are two ways to use FreeSign.
Signing only. If someone sends you a document to sign, you can often complete it straight from the email link without creating an account at all.
Sending documents. To send documents for others to sign and to track them, create a free account. The fastest way is to use Sign in with Google, which sets up your account in one click. You can also register with an email address.
Either way it is free. Once you are in, head to sending your first document.
